Please read our shop policies carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Wild Gemini, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order

2. Handmade Nature of Products

All Wild Gemini jewelry is handcrafted one piece at a time. Because of this:

• Each piece is truly unique — slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and expected
• Photos may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting and screen differences
• These variations are what make handmade jewelry special and are not considered defects

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. Here’s what you need to know:

• 🇺🇸 US Shipping: FREE on all orders!
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional cost)
• 🌍 International Shipping: calculated at checkout based on your location
• Wild Gemini is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Once your package is handed to the carrier, tracking is your best tool

4. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned
• Sale items are final sale
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage and your order number
• We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you

6. Custom Orders

We love creating custom pieces! If you have a special request:

• Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront
• Production time for custom orders is 7-14 business days
• Custom orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges
• We will send photos for approval before shipping

7. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

• Payment is due in full at time of purchase (except custom orders)
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Sales tax may apply based on your location
